Libby - Practice Administrator

Throughout my career, I have always been keen to support children to reach their full potential. Through completing my Early Years PGCE (Teacher Training) I have worked in numerous roles involving children, from TA-ing with the Early Years and Key Stage 1, to teaching pre-schoolers in Private Childcare settings.

I have always loved the ‘spirit’ that children approach activities with, and believe that if we get the support right, every child can achieve.

After having my own little boy, I decided to step away from the ‘front line’ of teaching but was still keen to put my love for working with children to some use, so my role as Practice Administrator within CTS is ideal!

Although I was new to the vast world of OT, I have thoroughly enjoyed the steep learning curve I’ve been on since joining the team in 2021, and I am loving learning about and understanding the incredible Sensory Integration and attachment work our OTs do, and using this understanding to support the families we work with.
