My Child

If your child is aged between 0 and 24, we can help you.

Your child will benefit from the difference we can make to their lives through our experience, expertise and knowledge. We will take time to discuss your priorities and concerns at all stages of their care with us. No case is the same, so you can count on us to tailor treatment and therapy to suit your child.

There’s no substitute for experience – and with over 21 years’ in paediatrics, you know your family will be in safe, caring hands.

Here’s how it works

The first thing to do is to arrange a free initial call with an experienced Occupational Therapy specialist to understand your needs.

Following this, we will send you a quote. Once you accept the quote, our terms of business and make the first payment instalment, our support begins.

Assessment can take place at school or home and then in our clinic.

We then prepare a report which we discuss with you.

The treatment or programme is agreed in 10 week blocks including a school visit halfway through to review progress.

After 10 weeks, we review your child against the initial plan and decide if ongoing treatment is necessary or recommended.

To discuss the services you need, please call us on 01664 567917 or get in touch.

“Thank you so much for your support with A, and the excellent report! I am so grateful to you, her father and I understand her a lot more now than we did before the assessment, thank you so much for that.”

COVID-19 Update

During these uncertain times, we are keen to keep you up-to-date with our service provision, which as you can appreciate is changing daily.

For reassurance CTS have set up a ‘Best Practice’ policy to ensure all our Occupational Therapists and Office Staff are working to the highest standard at all times; where ever we are based in the UK.

We are currently NOT seeing families at our designated CTS Clinics conforming to the recent request 23rd March 2020 @ 2030hrs from our government and NHS.

CTS are wanting to reassure you that we are highly committed to you and your child’s OT needs are cared for. We appreciate a lot of our families and service users are vulnerable and many have EHCP’s in place. As a service this requires us to ensure we continue to safeguard and meet the welfare needs of our service users effectively.

We are now providing alternative therapy to continue to support children, families and in some cases parents. We are using your appointment times and making contact via phone calls, conference calls, emails, Zoom and or Skype to support Telehealth Interventions.

Letters are being sent out to all our service users to reassure our commitment.

Please be reassured that all staff are taking every precaution to support our country in preventing the spread of this virus.

Please continue to check this site and our Facebook page for the latest updates. Alternatively call us on: 01664 567917.
