Post: Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Hours: Full time 37.5 / Part Time 22.5 (minimum 3 days per week)

Pay Scale: Dependent on experience & qualifications + mileage and expenses ( £30,000 - £44,000 FTE ) Bonus scheme up to £4,000 FTE and first year retention bonus £2,000 FTE

Holidays: 30 days pro rata (including Bank Holidays) increasing to 35

Children’s Therapy Solutions is a leading therapeutic service founded over 15 years ago with over 30 years’ experience with a specific aim of making a positive difference to the children and families we support, the administration team are centrally located to support you , allowing your time to be focused on clinical intervention.

We work directly with families and also a range of stakeholders including Social Care, Local Education Authorities and schools in a variety of different settings including our fully equipped therapy clinic.

The role:

The purpose of the role is to provide Occupational Therapeutic support to children and their families. This may be in the form of one to one therapy within our therapy clinic or within the home or school environments. This will primarily be Sensory Integration and Sensory Attachment Intervention therapy, although this can vary depending on skills and experience. Experience in sensory paediatric occupation therapy is preferred although further training for the right candidate will be provided by CTS.

As part of the team, you will receive regular clinical supervision, annual appraisal and caseload management support, as well as a comprehensive training package to ensure that you are able to provide up-to-date and evidence-based assessment and intervention to the children in your care.
